Randhir has spent 20+ years at the intersection of behavioral science, product leadership, and health technology. He has built products used by millions, scaled revenue across complex organizations, and led teams through high-stakes pivots at some of health tech's most respected companies.

As Chief Product Officer at Omada Health, he led product through a period of significant scale — expanding digital therapeutics for diabetes, hypertension, and weight management. Before that, as VP Product at Headspace, he shaped product strategy for one of the world's most recognized mental wellness platforms. Today, as President of Healthify's US business, he drives commercial strategy for a behavioral change platform at the forefront of metabolic health and GLP-1.

His coaching is rooted in evidence — not motivational platitudes. He works with clients to close the gap between where they are and where they need to be, with rigor, honesty, and genuine care.
